I’ve heard the big layoffs aren’t coming until the end of Cascade 2. This is just initial structure setting to blame layoffs on lower level GPs and not ELT. ELT set the high level GP structure, newly appointed GPs are then asked to do the dirty work / make the final call on which teams no longer exist. ELT keeps their hands clean.
Is this just for home office?
I’ve seen the new org chart and it’s a joke. Please tell me on how this will make us better and execute on decisions faster.

Tell us the org structure and how they arrived at this.
To tell us where the outsiders will lead and the trickle down effect it will have with ISPs for the normal working man and ladies.
