Who wants to bet we lose some of our best people again?

And those who know nothing else but how to kiss the right behinds will still be here tomorrow. It's happened before and it'll happen again. The fact is, there is fat to be cut here. The only problem is, that fat is well protected by nepotism and cronyism. And the rest of us are sc--wed.

The Best are always the man without a country - they don't kiss up to management and they don't philander with the riff raff, yes - so the best are never appreciated by managers who haven't a clue as to what good work is - and the peers don't like them because they do their job and have family to go home to and don't partake of so--m & Gomorrah on and off the job

yeah great people were let go and some decisions just don't make sense… on wait it does its all inner circle bull…but lets be real its a sinking ship… and even rose was savage at the end.

The entire MTV/MTVE organization should be cut. it's toxic and corrupt from the top to the bottom and side to side. Chris, Nina, Liza, Amy - cut the head of the snake off to start.

I can't think of anyone who was let go last round that the company is now in horrible shape because they left. I can think of 2 of 3 CEOs that are terrible and ruining the company.

Seriously just enough with this already. “The best” by what standards??

Some of our best will still be here, not because they kiss anyone’s a-s but because some higher up chooses who stays and who goes.

Stop with this attitude that everyone who goes is the best in the business. Sh-t happens and yes it’s horrible. But making the people who have absolutely NO say in the matter feel like sh-t isn’t helping either.
