To be honest, the dinosaur hires might be worse than the DEI hires. They’re used to everything being a certain way back in the old days (before 2000), when things made more sense. These kids never even have a respectable president to vote for.
Said dinosaur hires told DEI hires and covid hires to go to school. The younger generation followed this advice to a T, but the system didn’t adapt well to how the world ended up going. To be fair and inclusive to the fossilized, who knew all this would happen? And just imagine the younger generation not having a world where you could just go outside and knock on your friend’s door and ask them to actually play.
You’d think the younger generation would bring the more baggage, but the cemented mentality of the geriatric brings friction about. I don’t see any L7+ being under 30 years old, and the same old people that bark at DEI hires and covid hires also complain about the management. So… which one is it?
The older generation clearly needs to make up their mind on who to blame for their lack of VBO. But let’s be clear - it’s not the younger generation who’s making the decision to prevent a VBO.
