To the leaders , I would like to know if you had fewer than six associates reporting to you. I've expected heard that it is expected that all leaders should have a minimum of six associates reporting to them.

@a2, I am sorry to read this. The hire ups have really sc--wed folks over. As an "owner" of this firm this was not the way to go about the re-imagined. I believe many folks would agree.
I think its time for me to look elsewhere as life is too short for this b-sh*t.
@a2 so you will be an individual contributor? Or are you now say like a non-leader doing different type of work?
I had 6 and 1 person matrixed, total of 7 but now being demoted to non leader role :/
