Email gone out to GIS mandating "consistent in-office collaboration days".

@a2 According to the email that was sent out, it says it's trying to "embrace collaboration day(s) in the office each week for hybrid employees meaning it could be one or more. My manager decided for us to meet twice a week (Weds/Thurs). I just go in around 8AM, stay for 4-5 hours, and leave after lunch. My status changed from full remote to hybrid recently in WorkDay as well.
Can confirm a request for more “on-site days” in EMEA, but not a hard RTO request.
Seems to be coming from the new CIO.
@kw no it wasn’t. Every manager decide what they want to do. I consulted with HR and that’s what they told me. Every leader of business unit can do whatever they want. Totally ridiculous.
My support group went 3x a week in January. You mean that wasn’t a Comp Wide Policy?!
No emails. Email sent only to managers?
