With several friends around the company being notified, I am wondering where the WARN notices are? Any non troll with insight on that front?

So obviously WARN is another worthless government program that is adding no value. Something else to burn our tax dollars and burden companies with pointless regulations. Where is DOGE?
I know of a group of folks with a 15-July exit date. Why no warn?
There will be WARN notices after the layoffs are finalized. Layoffs won't be affected until mid August so there is still time.
@ae They're trolling. There are no new WARN notices for California since March. They're just trying to upset people.
@a1 Where did you see the California notices? I don't see that the Ca. WARN tracker has been updated yet.
Warn fines are small - couple of hundreds of dollars. They will eat that cost to do their strategy.
@a2 Yes, that may have met the requirement but they still have to report to the state government who will add the company name, the start date of the layoffs, and the date the gov't was notified if the company is laying off more then 50 people within the state. If Intel is not notifying the state gov't then call the state gov't office to explain why Intel is not reporting it to them.
This has been posted multiple times. If the benefits you receive as severance exceed the 60 days of pay and benefits required by WARN then they have met requirements and no additional notification is required.
Did just see Cali WARNs, no OR yet....
