@22y It doesnt matter lol You entitled losers will blame everyone but yourself. Do better. You got bootstraps. You know what to do with them.
Don't confuse "Brown People" with Brown People with British accents. There lies the demand... Even better. Brown People, British accent, blue eyes. No risk of layoff
Nothing to do with Intels problems. I Love how so many Anglo-Saxon peolple love to blame their problems on DEI aka brown people. YOU will continue to fail and be losers in the Economy until you acknowledge your failures and make corrections.
The main problem with DEI is that it made entitled b_tches more entitled to the point it was causing an epidemic of incels in this country. The population of white babies being born is at an all-time low. The main reason for project 2025 being implemented by this current administration is to decrease the amount of black and brown people in this country, to lessen the treat of the white population of becoming a minority in the future. Statics show that there is also a direct correlation with the amount of male su----e to divorce rates. Eliminating DEI will most likely effect white women the most in the workplace, not veterans and not brown people. Wake up. Btw dismantling Dei is not going save Intel for those who have some sort of mental disability thinking that minorities are taking their jobs and is the cause of their unemployment. Lol
@f1 You didn’t “serve” anyone.
You couldn’t get a job on your own so you had to have the government give you a job that’s made up and doesn’t actually need to exist. It’s all socialist bullsh-t. You have been a net negative for society and veterans laziness and general lack of value has rubbed off on Intel and been its’ downfall. 10/10 times you meet someone who is worthless and bad at their job in the fab they’re a veteran. Hiring a bunch of guys that are lazy, notoriously bad with money, and afraid of fireworks isn’t going to save Intel.
@cp In Taiwan the recruitment and qualifications for technicians is at a high school degree. There are reports they are even hiring starting with middle school students. Technician jobs are not difficult, just follow SOPs. The problem is bad foreign born managers at Intel, outside the US their managers are able to have things running with high schoolers.

@cp - Military vets have served their country and are reliable workers. The rest of the DEI hires haven't done anything for anyone else. Being born a specific gender or choosing to live a f'd up rainbow lifestyle doesn't make you qualified for anything.
@aa learn too write before you post. This is incoherent.
@b0 Military hires are absolutely a massive part of our DEI efforts. Literally the only time I’ve had to choose a candidate because of their demographics it was because they were a veteran. Our fabs run like sh-t because half of the techs are barely literate veterans and most of the OMs are the veterans that could read at a 3rd grade level. It’s not meritocracy when someone’s only qualification is having an unrelated job that the government gave them because they couldn’t find a private job or get into college. More people experienced in ja--ing off in ports-potties isn’t going to save Intel.
They give 2x referral multipliers for minorities. $2,500 for a white guy and $5,000 for anything else. You can look it up. I hope the government nails them to the wall over what they've done.
Military is a merit hire. Proven ability. That’s completely un associated to the “Target” hire DEI bullsh-t.
@ar ... read your replies before you submit.
everyone who has been hired because of military experience that has manufacturing experience is a DEI hire
All you crying about dei are in for a rude awakening. You are the ones u qualified. You are the ones complaining on her after being let go. You are the problem. You always blame your faults on others instead of taking accountability.
@a4 The "Stop Talking About It" Perspective:
This view emphasizes individual responsibility, believing equal treatment regardless of race will resolve the issue. Morgan Freeman is right.
@a2 lol sure you do
It's only people who su-k at their job that bring up DEI. They need to divert attention from themselves
I dislike much of what Trump represents but I still vary much agree with this presidential action. Sometimes you need to recognize an intelligent idea when you see it.
Intel gonna be under the microscope on this one
