Looks like the new structure was just announced which likely means we are done with layoffs for now.

The idea that NR tech support was moved to Manila to provide better customer support is a joke. Manila team is horrible and makes so many mistakes. They were stupid and didn’t understand our customers at all. But hey the tenured people in NR were expendable. I hope the Manila management fails hard.

New region/district/territory alignments.
Workforce management moved to a third party.
NR tech support moved to Manila.
DTS- will be redefined so no longer 1:1 with territories
DPS- will focus on regions instead of territories and moved under Candy.
What's the new structure? I'm also from Diabetes OU, but our team is usually kept in the dark. No idea what's going on. Are the rest of the people in the clear (for now)?
