Under what conditions will the Model E recover its development costs and investments, CE1 is do or die.

I work in ce1. It's a garbage stack. Mostly pt, adas, hpcc and fennel ce1 which is over fennec tcu. Cheap third party stack. Even if it goes in vehicle it will be too late and this ce1 garbage will bring more loss deu to bad customer experience or recalls, Last week in canada ottawa one of the best engineer left the company because of circus going on, Ford favoritism culture for non contributing technical people, mostly stupid and useless managers and innovation to reduce cost. Doom is soon to come. Ford bod needs to wake and bring rapid and innovative change in leadership is must, but this will not happen as Ford will take the doles from government in the name of investment, May sc--w up.

Meta and Rivian another round of lay offs, its a matter of time for others. Wasted resources and talent. Ford can't deliver anything with Fartley and Doggy for the last five years. I am surprized that the board still keeps these rotten Apples.
Wtf did they spend 1 billion on? All the tenured people at Ford who finally got their big break in running at unbridled startup speed and innovation in the department? Because i'll tell you for a FACT that real TALENT isn't getting paid SH-T there.
