Hey, I was right!
Of course I was - I have an IQ above lukewarm.
The firm was supposed to be different because of our culture. Instead of thinking for ourselves leadership did go out and pay consulting firms to tell them what they wanted to hear. We were supposed to be different. We are now just another run of the mill Office Space rerun 26 years later. Penny and her crew have and will continue to run this firm into the ground. It’s over folks. Make them pay you you leave and move on if it makes the most sense for you and your family.
Do you think that a PAID consultant will tell you something that you do not want to hear? No. They will tell you exactly what you want to hear.
In our case, they have realized their worst financial ambitions.
And we are feeling it. They hate us and give no mind to their Colleague Experience Scores.

They did send those ELT members to Harvard many times to get edumacated so we should be in good hands. For once I would like to see our leaders do their job vs learn their job as they muck it up.
