Rumors are surfacing online saying SMRA will be getting a huge shake up coming Q1! From the rumors, it appears that RMMs, low volume locations, and RAMs will be affected. Could be the last quarter for some SMRA employees.

Completely untrue. And I would know.
Smaller Markets and Rural Areas, basically areas outside of the top 100 major markets. Basically where all the growth has been coming from because we were taking from US Cellular like we did from Sprint.
RMM = Regional Market Manager, Basically DM for SMRA, they used to also over see the TPR distribution in their area, which was different from how the Top 100 markets worked (TPR was seperate) so they gave them different titles and comp plans.
RAM is just the retail store assistant manager.
SMRA, RMM and RAM are 3 dudes from India.
