A whole bunch are about to jump ship. Choices have been made, to get off the sinking boat.
I've listened for more years than I can remember why people chose to stay. You always have a choice. If you think things will improve, you are delusional. If you just want to ride it out til retirement, I can't blame you. If you are young, there's better opportunities out there.

So true. This is also reflected in the burdensome metrics we are subjected to. Metrics emphasis the menial, not the meaningful.
SLT and employees nobody cares honestly everyone just does bare minimal to not get fired out right. Just a steady check every 2 weeks till Riffed.

Yep, left early 2023, was good for awhile but once Jeff Storey got in place started to su-k BAD, super annoying.
Stay head strong my friends....there are many reasons for a person to not be able to make an abrupt choice like "just leave". Good on you if your life has brought you to that place! Do not assume everyone is sitting in the same boat as you.
The sad thing is, many of these inane things the company rolls out, is specifically to make people leave. They are making it so miserable that people walk away from decent pay and benefits, just because they can't stand the toxic environment.
There's the Yes man in action. Don't blame the leaders or Management. Just leave! Blame the employees who are instructed and managed by buffoons and then they say Just leave. Typical Manager at Lemon! Way to back up your employees, Yes Man! Pathetic!
