While I agree that the complaints are a bit too much, this is a layoffs forum after all. If you got promotions and bonus, what are you doing here? Most people didn't get promoted. I haven't had my salary raised in 2 years.

I know someone who got a pay raise in April 2023 which was supposed to be effective Oct 2023. Person got laid off in June so the whole promotion and raise was on paper only.
