Im ashamed to work here and feel trapped because of the sh1t job market the Fed has put us all in. I want to leave but I can't because the job market outside isnt good and the longer i stay here , the more unemployable ill get outside. Everyone here is quiet quitting and this isnt a place to grow

I don't agree that you're getting more unemployable outside the longer you're staying. It is rather the ability - as aforementioned - to portray your experience in a good light and build a bridge to the role you are applying for. It will be all well... Other than the auto industry's future...
Bless your heart. You should be eligible for compensation due to the mental anguish you're suffering from.
@OP Stick it out until the job market gets better. I was caught in the June layoffs & it’s been tough. When you do start applying/interviewing, paint your Ford experience in the best light you can.
