Never seen a group as incompetent!!! Been thinking it might improve after ER and the other guy left but not so.

Well, it takes some folks longer to come to the realization that GF is rotten. If they are currently giving you a paycheck, you're part of the problem. Make the change now.. save yourself some heartache. GF is the worse.

Dont deal with hr much but the culture in the modules is bad and ame managers even worse.

Here's an idea, why don't you take over HR? That way you can stop posting everyday with your BS lies and then replying and up voting them. Your desperation is highly amusing, in a pathetic sort of way.
