I know busting my butt here won’t lead to anything financially great here ( pay is mediocre and no equity) and I want to bide my time.
How do I do the bare minimum and avoid attention?

You can come into the office and “coffee badge”.
Back before Covid I knew a ton of people who would always have meetings in itech or whq or something right around 1:30-2:00 where they would then “work the rest of the day from that building” after getting in around 9:30
Always found it weird that as someone who worked 7:00-3:30 that they would beat me home.
You can always become an LL5 and do nothing like the rest of them. That’s the easiest way
You know it always amazes me to see people like this post that have no integrity complaining about something else.

Why do you ask the same question every day? If you can't even coast on your own, maybe the problem is yourself
Low visibility. Volunteer for nothing. Make up stuff that you need to do so that it sounds like you are very busy.
And RTO is the best for people like us wanting to coast under the radar. Being in the office makes it easy to look like you are busy. Come in at 7am. (Be sure to send messages confirming you are there that early.) When at desk have spreadsheets and other work related things up on big monitor. Do whatever you want on laptop screen. Disappear for meetings (and perceived meetings by taking your laptop with you).
In the office it is so easy to look busy!
Time to return to office so you can be found out and broomed.
