When the spin off of HD would take place? How much life left for the company as is?
I honestly don't believe a merge would happen, we have seen merge rumor for 3 years easilly.

@OP survival without a merger or acquisition gets iffy. Data center growth is maturating with no near-term AI tailwind because that capital spending is going into AI processors.
