PepsiCo drained my energy. All this time spent here I felt underpaid, overloaded and stressed out, but if nothing else, I hope that the experience here will help me get a better job. Did your experience here help you get a better opportunity elsewhere?

What does a sales rep make at pepsi?
Be aware that personnel in other companies might be slow to warm-up to you until they get to know you and they are sure you aren’t “bringing PepsiCo with you”
I'm at a much better company and almost double my PEP salary for only a two level non banded jump.
Best Thing I ever did was leave PEP!
I thought I would never find a job paying better than the blue can. I did! And my new company has a sane culture. For which I am grateful.
Pepsi is a great resume builder. However, if you don't see a future at 5 year mark, it's time to move on...Almost doubled my comp and got 2 levels up for essentially doing the same work. Don't beat yourself up everyday about feel stressed, there's world beyond Pepsi.
@OP+1kuLpeU5 having Pepsi or any Fortune 500 name on your resume is always a draw plus other companies know that Pepsi works you so those 2 alone are a help. Gain all the experience that you can. If you’re young and can get out, go! If you worked hard and left on good terms, you can always go back, but doubt you will want to.
I knew my department was getting laid off reading it here. March 8th 2021 everyone in my department thought they were getting levelled up. I kept telling the know-it-alls we are getting axed and the managers know this ! Thank you layoff.com for the warning. LOVE this site !
