You are so easy to spot... 20+ years in. Has seen every reorg... Uses "back in the day" all the time.. Defend pensions. And institutional memory. Oh, yeah, let's attack consultants and outsiders... And... Always disgusted but not never ever surprised at all.

Wow... you're just getting RIPPED on this post. Very entertaining.
@OP managing 1 of you right now that are just like this OP. Thinking experience does not count, heard that 20 times already since July. You just don't know yet, but your replacement is Agentic.
@OP I’d love to read your CDP. It would be a great comedy read for improv night. As other posters said, dreaming of the skyrocket to the top with no experience. You might have picked the right company!
“Defends pensions”
Yeah what a loser, advocating for employees to get SOME form of compensation.
I know your type. 1 year in and wants to be, at a minimum, General Manager but feel you deserve VP or Managing Director. “Back in my day,” we had to earn those jobs putting in our time in the field doing grunt work. That’s how we know so much.
@OP let me tell ya, “ back in my day” you would be called a roustabout and you would be picking dirt from your earwax at night. Some if you can put aside your ego you may know as much as the rest of us. Then you can consult with the early career tweenies and mentor the youth of the world. God Speed youngster!
what a post hahaha.
oh kid, you ARE what you are describing in your post.
you just dont know that yet. give it some time...
@OP That’s 36 years service you young Whippersnapper. You are most likely not even 36 years old punk.
@b0 perfect description of far too many in our orginization. All noise no brains....they think experience is of no value
You are so easy to spot…5< years in. Has seen just one reorg…Uses “I want it all now” all the time…Knows nothing about retirement planning. And feels entitled. Oh, yeah, let’s attack experienced employees and experts…And…Always has an hugely inflated sense of self but is actually clueless.
Another name for this is "Experience"
