We have like a crazy amount of Job Postings this past couple of weeks. Why would there be this much if they have layoffs in early January.

@ax there were 2 for my team even though we are already a small team and many scattered in our office and others nearby
Replace the experienced and well paid talent workers, with cheaper cheaper lower skilled workers.
You may see a lot of job postings but the question is, are they in your office or other offices far far away.
