Seen stuff on the Windstream layoff.com site for DCRIS and everything. Best way to conduct an investigation is to create an audit of all people who have or who had that system. Then look for possible sales fraud. Fire anyone involved.

It has been tried. Sales leadership pushes back because they don't want their 'top earners' flagged.
On top of that the pricing and product teams have made such a mess of our product catalog that it is nearly impossible.

This includes proposal includes legacy Windstream people still employed but no longer in a sales or revenue compensated position.
