You can’t even register because their site is unable to send you a PIN by text. Ghetto AF. Sigh…Why are we treated so poorly?

Hey, cutting costs is priority! Doesn't matter if it doesn't work properly as long as they can say you have it.
Just like the paltry bonuses and raises. Sure, in the end they're negligible and insulting, and wind up actually hurting you due to taxes but...they can say that you got it and call it a perk!

If you’re having an issue call them. it’s because they are missing your details like your cell phone is critical.
I am also having trouble. I enter SS #, zip code, DOB, then cell # on next screen, but I get error message.
I never had an issue with Vanguard, not a good first impression.
