@OP Remember when the UAW membership against advice of their leadership decided they just had to vote for Trump? How's that working out for you now? Yep, about as well as it did for farmers and many other groups (hint - NOT WELL). And just wait, most of the really ugly stuff from the "big beautiful (not so much) bill" is timed to hit AFTER the midterms. You 'aint seen nothin' yet, folks.
@a1 I have a better idea. Lets go to other countries and have them bring business here incentivized under millions of dollars instead while marginalizing people in Michigan to accept them instead of creating a healthier ecosystem that attracts other builders. Worry about THE NOW, not THE LATER. I'll be off on my next adventure by then!
We should give our friends money to start companies quickly to create more jobs! Quick! The likes will go crazy from our friends that know them. Oh I know, we should give the money to entities that will disperse it out to them! Another idea is to find young talent in Michigan and cultivate them for the traditional automotive hub. This will help us retain talent. Especially for cheap! Kids should NOT start companies! We need to MENTOR them.
