I feel they should be sued for discrimination. They only cut Americans. If you’re Indian but located in the US, you’ll never be cut. They did that in my dept. Only Americans were cut.

@OP I was laid off last year, found out before that, my Indian Manager made less than me, brought in 2 Indians into our Department and then laid me off as the only Senior Analyst in the department. It seems they skirt the WARN Act by always laying off less than 50 employees at a time.
@ad How can I file a lawsuit? I didn’t take any pictures or anything. I didn’t suspect this layoff was coming.
Blame the government for letting them in. H1B is a documented scam.
@OP You’re absolutely right…. I got terminated this week but prior to my termination I noticed new members joining that were Indian about 2 weeks ago. What a Joke
