Many bloated positions in BD Parata RxAuto team so when is the RIF coming? VP and Director and Senior Director levels seem to still not understand the business. No strategy, no progress since Parata acquisition. Way to ruin what Parata had going.

@20b Why is calling DEI racist? DEI simply means ‘Didn’t Earn It,’ nothing more. It looks like you might also be benefiting from DEI policies. No need to hide—be upfront about it.

But their “leaders” think they are doing amazing and are asset to the company. Business should start by laying off the DEI CIO and few VPs. We can save at least $5 mil a year and make IT efficient.

@kv There are some good people, but the weak leadership holds them back because of their own insecurity. But your observation is correct for 95% of the IT. It is nightmare to work with IT.
BD IT is total garbage .. incompetent id--ts everywhere .. the bd personnel are complete paper pushers not a single tech mind to be found . Poor project management lack of understanding of the business and the processes and let’s not forget our outsource
Partners .. BD IT tanked when CG outsourcing started over 14 years ago. BD IT is not where an IT person should work ..
