Serious question: seems like our leadership team has no idea what they are doing, never mind the chaos and uncertainty of ER. Why don’t we just unionize and take some power for the employees?

There have been rumors of BOA’s in some states planning to unionize for decades. Never got the traction. Maybe someday.
As others have said, better to spend energy on new job or skill than trying to organize an entire industry our size. EDJ is nothing more than a cheap wall street knock off at this point. No point in trying to save something that is going to be gone in 5yrs via a Chubak aquisition once he takes over
Just quit and find a company worth working for. EJ is not it.
