What is latest pip process at cisco like? how do we know we're on it? what is the time given for tasks? is there severence if you fail?

PIP is Picture-In-Picture where you share your screen with multiple managers and they decide if you’re doing OK or time to walk out.
If your fearless leader hasn’t had you sign anything you’re probably good and being weeded out the old fashion way! Enjoy!
