I’ve been hearing quite a few whispers lately about several mid-level leaders leaving PepsiCo. It’s starting to sound like more than just coincidence. Is there something happening behind the scenes that we’re not fully aware of? Do they know something the others don’t?

@OP What do you mean by "mid level leaders"? Is that Sr Mgrs, Directors, Sr Directors?
There’s a lot of working zombies in the org
you can already sense disengagement from some of the DPA leaders. Clearly priorities else where and looking for external opportunities.
They are leaving DPA before it gets dissolved!
Why wouldn’t you leave at this point? Its a stressful negative environment with little wage growth and a crazy workload.
