I read in the news that the Indian employees who were fired for fraud are now filing a lawsuit against Fannie Mae for discrimination, does anyone know anything about this? If they win the lawsuit, will the layoffs end at Fannie?

They deserve it. Deport them all!
@OP they don’t have a case . They should be happy that they are only fired and not deported under INA act.
They were fired from other companies like Google and Apple as well.
Even if they have a slightest chance it will take couple of years and all the clean up will be well done by then.
