35 plus years sounds like a pretty solid career to me. Good luck getting that at a “reputable” carrier.
How everyone comes across to me: I'm like, it doesn't, like, fit what I'm totally experiencing, so y'know, I'm all no.
@OP How crazy. The founding year is 1968. Clearly they are ignoring US West and the baby bells and AT&T etc.
It was probably one of those surveys that employees fill out that they basically lie on to do the right corporate thing. Don't make waves, keep your job.

The 35+ year dinosaurs in the technical sales side believe it. They can’t drink enough of the kool-Aid management is providing. Too afraid to get a real job at an actual reputable carrier.
