Their “inclusion” policies don’t go nearly far enough in ensuring this bank isn’t overwhelmingly dominated by WASPs. They’re not allowed to use DEI as a phrase anymore thanks to the fascists in office.
It’s bad IMO and Fat Layer loves it.
