When I feel frustrated, angry, overwhelmed and want to quit in no time, I remind myself I only work for paycheck and this is my goal. It makes me feel much better. Hold on for the severance package!

try to hold out for the layoff and receive the severance package. if you leave on your own - you get nothing.
