Confirmed no more cuts for 2025 , expect less bonus thats all and cost restrictions , travel limits etc.

If the "BIG" layoffs that this forum states every f'ing week were going to happen, they would have by now. Obviously nothing happening this year. Maybe next year.

Pretty sure the 75 day plan involves cuts. But don't worry, LL4+ will retain their jobs, ole boy networks and FNF.
I talked an LL5 friend of mine this week - was told no layoffs this year. But probably not filling some of the open jobs recs. Possibly not renewing some agency work.
Lay offs start when the Fed cuts the interest rates. FOMC meeting in July and September. Less likely in July , but small chance. Ford will lay off 1000 white color job across North America. Sr. M
Ford will reduce another 15-25% for everyone. If you speak up , you get fired. Blame the innocent first.

Not so sure about that. I would expect to see pre-intentions or signals in their next 10Q.
Ford is losing money left and right. Can't be sustainable if Ford keeps operating this way.
