Yes i belive so. Factory technicians are being told they are getting layed off. However, they are technically on the payroll until the 31st. So, the 529 number is for people off the payroll by the 15th. I dont know why it would be done this way. But the other shoe will drop on the 31st. That will be factory workers I believe. @OP
There is absolutely no way only 500 people were let go. Especially if they're saying Jones Farm had about 450 of them. RA was hit hard.
