Didn't think it would start so quick and fast..both GVR and Metrick have set us up to be failures and gutted. Tough times and I'm out of here.

@eq Does he favor ownership or location? NM in Scottsdale is leased and has a better location than Saks, but the Saks building is owned.
@OP Richard Baker, the owner of Saks Global is a real estate/private equality guy who doesn't have any experience in the retail business…he only wants the real estate.
