thanks for the troll. Nobody is so stupid to really post this, in this forum. I believe you really thought this was funny/probing - but man please go to a hospital and see if they will loan you a brain.
@OP as long as you're okay with potential for layoffs every six months and one of the lowest salary in the tech industry.

do you have other offers to compare? if not, take it and it does pay a salary and benefits...plus if CISCO decides to get rid of you, they paid a decent severance unlike start-ups.

There are a lot of cynical people on here. OP: only you can answer that question. Weigh the pros and cons on a piece of paper and see which column comes out stronger.
