Does anyone know if the rewards cycle at the SBG level are going to be total garbage again this year? Of course my manager doesn’t have any information, and I’m bailing if it’s going to be more of the same. Our team has been really slammed shipping things and I’m getting this nagging suspicion it’s gonna be more of the same come July / August.

OP, yes, it'll be garbage. you should leave - but talk to your mgr to time it correctly. It needs to be after HR takes the snapshot but before your mgr configures the rewards.
SBG is king of layoff, you still with SBG that is your reward !
