Unfortunately for our branch teams, they are receiving THIRD world class service, not what they were promised. Looks like it will get worse. Service Division is trying to get rid of seasoned associates (older associates), while continuing to hire new associates.

Cheers to all the FAs that cheered on Enterprise Reimagined, saying the home office was just a bunch of lazy slackers.
Approximately $10 billion+ in U.S. losses has been linked to fraud operations based in India (especially call centers) in at least one year of reporting, which makes outsourcing financial support there a fascinating approach to risk management.
@OP , brace yourselves. It's not as bad as you think...... YET
Yep. Last year the outsourced operations in India was doing so badly that the firm separated from those contacted but they just went and found another company in India to use. More and more operations are being moved from the US to India so your paperwork is being approved by contractors. Now the Alorica agents who answer the phone “Service Division” instead of a specific area, have their own team leaders and people to call for “senior” help who have only been here a year. I’m sure the plan is to replace all of the actual service employees with contractors.
I’m one of them, been in Service 16 years, almost 30 with the firm. With Alorica coming online I had to take it, they are outsourcing everything to US Bank and Alorica I didn’t feel my job was safe. Sad for the branches who are losing years worth of experience, knowledge and dedication to a company to be replaced with people with literally no buy in.
May the odds be forever in your favor in the Edward Jones Hunger Games
I work in a branch. Totally agree, it’s going to go from bad to worse.
