Take control of your life. Worrying won’t change anything. Update your skills, network like crazy, and save aggressively. Medtronic won’t protect you, you should know that by now, only you can do that. The ones who thrive plan ahead, not hope for mercy.

I couldn't agree more. I can't wait to get out of this woke outfit and move to a more meritocratic company. I only wish I had been warned.

Totally agree and if only DEI + KAREN people left voluntarily, we (actual workers) wouldn’t have to think about this.
