Horrible bosses

There are two kinds of bosses, the vast majority were #2.

  1. Become a brilliant facilitator—someone who asks the right questions, listens deeply, sets priorities, and creates clarity.
  1. Insecure bottleneck—someone who delays, micromanages, bullies, or hides behind vague authority.

@OP All my manager does is organizing weekly coffee chats with team. asking us to bring snacks. He doesn't even know what his team is doing. dush bga

I've amazingly made it through 12 years here without once thinking of anyone as my 'boss'.
Clowns and jokers, yes.
I prefer the jokers.
Leaders - haven't met one yet.
