Layoffs at Fab1 are coming. Managers are getting demoted and projects are being halted or being outsourced to Bangalore.

GF should just make layoffs a yearly event, define the week and let everyone know they will happen that week. Effectively they have layoffs every year so have a "layoff week" and if you survive the yearly event then move forward for 12 more months without as much stress. Smartest thing to do is leave GF.
