I don't understand how some continue to spend frivolously despite budget cuts—under GC on marketing side.

Digital in Nashville is still spending money like there is no tomorrow and the streaming numbers don’t come close to paying their bills.
GC marketing in LA was hit in August and before that during Covid . No one seems to know anything about Tuesday though. please share if you do.
