Every single person I know is either looking or praying to be laid off. That's how messed up things are right now.

I used to look, but there is nothing and has been nothing for the past few years. Any bites I have gotten have been with a large pay cut. I know it's hard to believe considering who I work for. I am staying until I get laid off.
If it is so bad why don't you leave???
@OP I can’t get out fast enough. I work for a queen bit€h in Lewisville. She gets on meetings from car, but oh don’t even think about asking if you need some flexibility. Fakest person I’ve ever run across, give your 2 weeks to go better your life and see how you’re treated. Go straight to he££ AP, you’re the most hated person in this center! Everyone in that office needs to go to HR for the mismanagement going on here!
