Pencil that date in your diaries. It seems to be very small for NYC, can't speak for other offices if layoffs will occur. Seems very targeted and cutting hanging fruit from the last layoffs. This is according to WARN.

Interesting question. I figured if they were going to be chopped, they should have done it already and not wait till now. Therefore, I think it is a separate one than the March one, unless a source tells otherwise.

Can't speak for other offices in other cities since they are not required to report it to the states WARN system depending on the circumstances.
