Thread regarding Hertz layoffs

New round of airport layoffs?

Has anyone else heard rumors about maybe layoffs happening at airport locations? I've heard it's potentially going to really effect the location management team. I had heard they were doing it by seniority at most locations, but I'm not even sure if it's true yet.

@jh this! We were basically flex reps covering where needed. I’m not sure what they’re going to do with almost half of us gone.

Eh. Most Top 30 AP's are struggling with staffing and have managers filling in hourly roles. If they want to lay off the managers as well, no worries.

Its happening. I have a very good relationship with my VP and I asked them straight up should we be worried. They said for some yes. Its going to be quite a blind side.
