Last week I saw on Linked In several Ford employees announce they are Open To Work and their time with Ford ending. This is a common monthly trend going back to at least November.
How is this not being reported?

Imagine if DOGE evaluated Ford employees, Elon and team would fire 95% of LL bands and at least 60% of GSRs. Now that would improve productivity.
Currently feeling the cut is coming soon. Forced rankings, managers shuffling with no backfills, high level “surprise” retirements…let us those still pensioners please just get a decent buyout.
@OP+1jk8mhnb1 keep it out of the press, that's why. at least 115 cut in jan, 500 or so, offshore end of feb. I was cut in November
