No Diversity, managers only hire and promote their own people, contractors from specific agency ( for commissions) ,
No value for referrals if you are not from that state or country. HR are you blind or what…!!

@OP ...there is a VP in IT who hired exclusively from a specific agency. Rumour is she was told to stop. Her staff knew about her "funny" hiring practices too. But..afraid to report it. The irony is...she has little to no IT skills..she just knows how to "talk", deflect and brown nose.
The IT departments are 90 percent indian...
