I been here for 30 years and this is the weakest the union has ever been. Let's face it boys our time is pass. We should all retire and let the Ts have it. We add no value to the bottom line.

The D Rates are the Boomers of GE. They won't leave until kicked out, think they are the only ones keeping everything together, while just ruining everything and their families will throw them on life support just so they can keep collecting their pension as they slowly rot in a bed.

Seniority is still KING! Nothing you can do about it! Those D's that are old enough to retire but don't, live a very sad life thinking of their coworkers as family. When they do retire, all they will have is their TV. Heavy is the head that wears the crown 👑
The D's haven't added anything to the bottom line for years. They have just..been leeches sucking the life out of the company.
