Thread regarding IBM layoffs

Let's see some Justice! Will any of them go to jail?

In addition to a prison sentence for conviction of corporate fraud, federal criminal statutes allow for the imposition of criminal fines and restitution. Criminal fines can be extensive and often equal twice the amount of total fraud committed. Likewise, the imposition of restitution can require the full repayment of losses to victims of corporate fraud, including remitting payment to the federal government or entity itself.
They conspired to defraud IBM and it's shareholders. Hurting thousands of people financially and psychologically in the process. Let's see some REAL accountability for ONCE. Make an example of Ginni and her cohorts in crime and maybe other corruption will cease.

I’m calling a bull on this story. If @OP had any actual evidence that support these claims, he would have sent it to the authorities or to the media by now.
Besides, we all know they’ve done a lot of immoral stuff, but nothing illegal so far. Not because they aren’t capable of it, but because they have a lot of legal advisors overseeing every step they make
