Employees with no professional experience at all who also probably have absolutely no idea what they are getting into and will most likely leave as soon as possible. Thus creating an opening for another newbie. And the cycle continues ---until the customer completely diversifies out of the direct patient care business. The End.

Well, firstly, freshers are people who have no or very limited corporate experience or experience of working in a particular field.
